No Child Account exists still cannot connect via xbox one

I don't know what platform MCR is on for my Xbox One. I just know I keep getting the connection error related to a child account when I have never associated a child account with my own. There are no children here. As far as I can see online, one does not exists tied to my account.

Initially, it was about my privacy settings so I opened those up pretty wide but no go.

It does work on my PC Windows 10 but if I can't get XBox to work, what's the point.
