Bedrock - Unable to purchase Realm - Product Not Found

Hi Team,

I was trying to extend an expired realm today on Bedrock for Windows 10.  I was unable to extend for the expired realm as the options were "loading" for 30m+.

I'm also unable to purchase a new realm, and the error code given is "Product not found", as per the below screenshot.
