Buggy overworld on Realms ever since Nether update.

Ever since I downloaded the Nether update the game is really laggy to the point where it is unplayable. I was nonetheless curious to see the Nether after the update so I made my way to my Nether portal anyway. Once in the Nether the lag was gone completely, great I thought. However as soon as I go back into the overworld the lag comes right back. I have tested this multiple times and relaunched the game multiple times and yes I can confirm it only happens when in the Overworld, 100%.
