I cannot invite friends to my realm

My friends our not popping up my list. So I cant invite anybody  to realm. What is going on ? I sent 2 picture 1 from minecraft and the other from the Microsoft app. As you could  none of my friends pop up on my invite  list what is going on. I am an operator but cant invite  why is that.
