Realm keeps rolling back

I recently purchased a realms subscription and my friends and I are struggling to make any progress due to the server rolling back to a certain point after everyone logs out. I don't know how this could happen. From what I could find, this is a bug that has happened before. Maybe it has something to do with people buying realms for the new update? Maybe the servers are getting overloaded? Anyway, I hope to hear back soon. I assume many other people may be having this problem as well.
