Realms not working on 1.16.1

I was able to play on realms with a couple of friends on version 1.16 of java version of Minecraft. after 1.16.1 came out, my friends and I couldn't connect to my realm world. The only way we could connect is if we all switch back to 1.16. Is there a fix to this?
