Reams lets me make a realm, pay for it, then wont give me the product I paid for.

I tried to create a realm (bedrock edition) and it gives me the error message of "Your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create your realm right now. We will create your realm asap. Check back later on this device. I've looked up the issue and people have had it stuck for weeks and this bug has been marked resolved twice and it still hasn't been resolved. I have also tried email mojang about it and i just got a bot response.
