Cannot connect to realm on ios

I am playing on iOS iPad pro 2020. Realms worked fine before nether update, I have not been able to connect to realms since updating. I am not the realm owner, my sister owns the realm and she is playing on Xbox, she is not experiencing the same issue. We we're able to play cross platform before the update.
