Realm server unable to track player location properly.

This is an issue that has persisted through from when I first played on a realm in the 1.14.60 hotfix. What happens is that when I connect to the realm, sometimes (not often), it would connect properly and everything would be fine. However, most of the time, it will connect me to the realm and I cannot interact with anything, like opening chests, though I can move around freely. Also, while I can see other people in real time perfectly, my position according to the realm is unable to move, causing mobs to attack an empty space where I spawned in, and dealing damage to me even if I should be in a different place. I believe that this bug is related to REALMS-900 which my have been falsely closed as a duplicate of another bug, even though the "loading resources" happens whatever dimension I'm trying to spawn in. Also, I have Minecraft bedrock on both Windows 10 and iOS, and I am not sure if this is part of the issue.
