Creepers in obscure spawns

So lately after the nether update has came in I keep running into am ongoing issue that I think should be handled creeper spawns inside player built structures along with nether built structures aswell they keep spawning inside houses even when lit and even near nether portals alot just moments after booting a realm up for me and friends creepers kept spawning in our houses and now as we go in the nether each time creepers are already there aswell ready to blow up before we spawn I dont know whats the cause of this issue and insides of houses and terrain are lit up with torches please fix this cause this us happening very constantly.
