I subscribed for the 2 players Realm, paid for it but didn't get it. There was no new Realm in game. I'm trying for a few days. But same result every time.

I subscribed for the 2 players Realm, paid for it but didn't get it. Tried few times but same result every time. There was no new Realm in game. I'm sending some screenshots. And yeah I'm playing on android.
