(Realms, Bedrock) When making a minecraft realm, it immediately blames wifi

When I try and create a realm, or just use the marketplace in general, it will immediately report an error, suggesting check my WiFi. 

I have checked my WiFi, its working just fine. Fast enough for me to join servers, talk to my friends, watch YouTube, etc. I did reset it, I did turn iPad WiFi on and off.

And I did add a paypal to my account, so it should working properly.

Still it continues to think for 1-3 seconds, then it'll say there was an error and so on
