Unable to create a realm

Hello, I purchased a subscription to a realm and I've been attempting to create it. I was getting an error message stating " your purchase succeeded but we couldn't create your realm right now" Every time I attempted to create one I would get the same error message. I attempted to create one now and I'm getting an error that says "You have the maximum number of active subscriptions on this platform and cannot create a few one right now." I don't have any realms created as of the moment. How can I fix this issue? Thank you for your assistance.
