Mojang charged me $8.50 for a realm that they "can't create"...

I need a refund... Mojang charged me for a realm that doesn't even work. When I try to create it says that it sucessfully charged me, but says that they are unable to create the realm at this time and to check again later. I have been scammed and this counts as a subscription, so if this does not get resolved soon, I will keep paying for a realm that won't even get created. I need help. Thank you.
