Closed Server/Progress Reset

Realms has been kicking me and my friend, and says "Server Closed" or a really long error code.  This happens every 5 minutes, and deletes the progress made in the past 5 minutes, whether in the nether, or not.

This occurred on a world that was reset after the new 1.16 update.  When reset, it said "null-0," but did indeed reset.  I am unsure if these issues go hand-in-hand, and I will not risk trying it out on a world I made prior to 1.16 due to the fear of losing the data.

This ruins the game and makes it unplayable.
