The Connection of Minecraft Realms

I and my friend can get into the server(Minecraft realms) and we`ve tried everything you list on minecraft.net to fix the connection problem. but we still can't fix this problem. I couldn't even close the realms and re-started it.

Can you help us to solve this problem? plz
