World stuck in CLOSE

My realm went down 10 days ago.  It was originally showing a 504 error (I believe).  Now it shows stuck in close.  I have no way to reopen it.  I can't switch worlds at all so I can't download backups of my other 2 worlds.  It's shitty that 1/2 my subscription period has been downtime.
