My cord and starter map is not there

I pay for a realm and when I created the realm I turned on the cord and the starter map. But as soon a the realm was payed for and I loaded it up there was no cords and no map just me thinking that i going scam because i pay $7.99 for a realm in Minecraft thats broking. I try restarting i try deleting the game and downloading it back everything i can thing of but it still did work so pls pls pls fix it pls would really appreciate it if u do.
