Realm changes/reverts when players join

When existing players join my realm, it seems to change or revert back to a previous state. 

Recently restored the realm from a backup. Since then, when someone join the realm it seem to go forward in time to after the backup we reverted to. This seems to be trigger by players joining the realm. The change is almost instantaneous after the player joins. Not all players on the realm seem to cause the issue. I wish I had logs or something to add.

The realm name is Parkerland, it is associated with my email address. Please let me know what other information I can provide.
