Realms crashes

Whenever my friends try to join my realm during the free trial, the world lags and everyone gets kicked, I have tried doing everything that has already been suggested for this issue and it does not work. I am in the free trial though. (It is actually java edition, computer wouldnt let me switch the realms platform thing)
