No MOBS spawning anywhere on my Realms Game

Its very spooky there are no mobs, I've check the difficulty level, made sure I ran "/gamerule domobspawning true", but no mobs spawn. Also I tried to download a version and tried it locally and same thing, no mobs spawning.
