Realms Plus Error

My friends and I can not enter my Realm Plus, the message appears "could not connect to the world", I am worried I paid for the subscription and I can not use it as promised, I need a solution, it is more than 4 days with the same error. I look forward to an answer as soon as possible. Thank you.
