Will not take payment

On both the account I pay for and my daughter's account that I also pay for, it will not take payment. I have tried both my debit card and my husband's, multiple times. I have contacted my bank and it says you have not attempted to charge it. My daughter has anxiety and depression and while in lockdown, her realm has been her escape and we don't even see it now to be able to download a copy. I am furious. My username is Astabeth and hers is s4lly_bees - she and her friends have worked so hard to build their world.
