Cannot add credit card

Hi, i cannot add my credit to my account. I tried with multiple web browsers and cards. For the first time my bank services denied access to mojang services. Then i tried in google chrome. After confirming my card nothing happened. I tried with polish card. My friend tried with english card and everything was ok.
