World stuck in CLOSE

When pressing play on my realm, I get this message: '' World is stuck on CLOSE for 44h28m2s since 2020-6-09T23:14:32.399Z - 500''.

I tried closing the realm (I am the owner) because I was going to download the latest version of the world to add data packs. The realm wouldn't close (it kept loading, so I cancelled the action). I instead downloaded the world, and I did add data packs. When I was done, I tried uploading the world (the one with data packs) to the second slot (the first one still has the world without data packs). I couldn't upload the new world as it kept loading too. I then gave up, and I tried playing my original world, and the message appeared. (World is stuck on CLOSE for 44h28m2s since 2020-6-09T23:14:32.399Z - 500). The realm says it's open.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the realm would load the world as usual. I have owned this realm since june 5th 2020, and it worked well for days. 

What actually happened was...:
The message appears even though the realm says it's open.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On the main menu, press ''Minecraft Realms''
2. Select the realm, and press ''play''
3. The message ''World is stuck on CLOSE for 44h28m2s since 2020-6-09T23:14:32.399Z - 500'' appears
