My friend is having issues with Minecraft Bedrock Edition Realms and he's glitching through chunks to under the void.

So my friend on Xbox, BegunChameleon2, tried to join the Realm but what happened was that his player model is frozen for other players but he is moving around in the world. He has also fell through the world into the void and is now staring at the world from below.

The Realm is on Survival and cheats are enabled but he hasn't been flying around to achieve this. He's died twice in the void and both times after trying to respawn, he has eventually died then left on Generating World.

He's had this with a previous Realm that he was on but now is having issues with this one. He is able to connect to private worlds hosted by himself and others, it's just Realms that ain't working for him.
