Other player on realm appears on my screen is invisible only on my screen

On my screen the other player appears as invisible, while the other player is still able to see themselves and do not appear as invisible on their screen. I can see the particles when they run and eat, and I can see effects particles on them, but I cannot see their character or their nametag.
