Stuck on switching worlds

I cannot close the world or do anything to it. It has been closed for 25 hours and the participants of this world are able to join other realms just not mine. My wifi and internet are working correctly and I don't see any connection issues. I think it timed out as I was switching worlds. Is there anything I can do it fix it
