Minecraft Realms doesnt work?

Dear team from Minecraft!

 

I purchased minecraft realms for about 90 days (payment day 5.6.2020) and we cant join on our server? Did something happen to your servers?

(I saw many posts about minecraft realms doesnt work)

 

Hopefully you will solve this problem real quick (That time which i lose because of the downtime - will that be refunded?)
