Realm not allowing me to do anything

I have 1 day left but found to many bugs so creating a server instead. I am trying to download my latest version and only have 1 day left. It won't let me and won't let anyone log in either. All I want is to download the latest version so I can keep all the work we've put into it. 

this is the error message I get when trying to access the realm

When attempting to download I just get the "Preparing for download" screen and then it just stays that way till I cancel it. I waited 15-20 mins before cancelling, I did attempt a few times. Same thing happened when trying to restore the previous backup, continuous loading screen. I was trying this to see if the problem was with the most recent save.
