Can't connect to my personal realm, but can to public realms

Starting late evening of June 8th, neither myself nor my daughter can connect to the Realm named 'Anora' (the only Realm on my account), but we can connect to other public Realms. Attempts to backup or download the Realm fail. When attempting to connect, all appears well, then suddenly the message 'Unable to connect to world.' and an 'OK' button returns us to the main menu.
