io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException: connection timed out: PROBLEM!

Has the issue of the io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException: connection timed out: thing started again! I was play on my realm about 2hours ago and now I'm faced with this message. is there any way I can fix it? is it on my end or Mojang's end?
