Configure problem

I can´t configure and get access to other worlds and settings on my gaming computer. When I try on my other computers (Laptops) it work´s but not on my newest computer. All of them are using windows 10. I have the latest java and I have also turned off my firewall but it doesn´t. work.

I am frustrated, please advise.
