My realm isn't responding

Hello,

So my friends are saying that they can't join the realm, I tried closing the realm then opening, switching worlds, backing up worlds, and nothing was working. I've been trying to close the realm, and it's been over 20 minutes. My firewalls are fine, so nothing should be a problem there.

I've tried the best that I can, but nothing is working.
