Minecraft realms issue

I have already subscribed to realms plus for 2 other players, but i still cannot access my realms plus . I have a running subscription for it, and the subscription renews on 28th June 2020. I have already deleted, logged out and back in, and checked for updates on Minecraft. This is not the first time this has happened to my Minecraft, and it shouldn't be happening. I tried to access my worlds and skin packs downloaded in Minecraft realms plus, but they said it was locked, and that the template had to be purchased. I tried to create a realm, but they said that the creation of the realm was unsuccessful, and that I should come back later. I have already done this 4 times. The same thing happened with my previous Minecraft account, and I had to create a new account just to be able to access my realms plus. Pleae don't let this happen again.
