Realms connection Problems

I always have connection problems while joining or switching the world so I tried closing realms and re-opening it but it just won't close it. It's always on the loading page once i close it. I already pug in an internet cable but it still won't work.
Also when i try to upload a world, the loading just always stays in one spot and it says error.
I have tried buying a second realms subscription in the same account but the second one doesn't load as well.
