Realm bug/glitch

Can't join my own realm...Already tried to reinstall/reset world/reboot

• It's still the same thing..the realm was on private...
  All my members can't join in the realm
  I did manage to enter the realm to figure out what making it gone off...when I was there on the setting the fetching realm information glitch out like crazy...
  It force out from my own realm
