Duplication Bug

I realized this week I had stumbled upon two of the ways to enter a "duplication mode". It happened when I tried making a cake, and duplicates of a book full of my journeys on a realm. Then, whenever I crafted something, I would immediately drop it. I relogged, and tried it again. Same thing happened with both sides. I heard this glitch has happened to others, but I really want you guys to fix it, or I can't continue my writing business.
