Use of experimental gameplay dose not support addons with customize blocks or biomes

I was attempting to add an addons that modifies the experience with new biomes to explore and new blocks. I realized that when I upload my world to a realms it tends to break the chunk, or it doesn't appear. The only thing that work are the mobs. 

My Question: I am trying to add a behavior pack (add-on) to my realms world, (Experimental Features and Cheats are enabled). so I make a copy of the Realms world and add in the behavior pack as you would, (This one is a simple recipe add on, so no resource pack needed) and I re-upload the world onto the Realm and the recipe doesn't work, but works perfectly fine when I try it not on the realm. Can anyone fix this issue?

Note: Resource Packs work perfectly fine on the Realm, it's just behavior packs I'm having an issue with.
