CANT ENTER REALM WHEN CERTAIN PLAYER ENTERS

Me and my friends are able to enter our realm. But when a certain member named WhiteThresh2017 enters the realm every thing stops and we cant interact with anything. We exit the realm, but we cant go back in until WhiteThresh2017 has left. We are just stuck in the loading screen. When we enter, everything reverts to the latest save.
