Extreme lag and connectivity issues

I am the owner of the realm.

There are serious connectivity issues that persist throughout all hours of the day. Placing blocks is then undone, items cannot be picked up, moving causes my position to ping back to where I was, messages take anywhere from a few seconds to minutes to appear in chat... etc.

This is experienced by everyone who plays on the realm. It is not a wifi issue, since I can play on regular multiplayer worlds with no lag, latency, or other issues.

Disconnecting and reconnecting seems to resolve the lag for perhaps 30 seconds, before the issues return.

This is immensely frustrating and makes playing nearly impossible.
