Purchase realms plus link broken

To reproduce, go to purchase page
  https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/realms-plus
click "get realms plus" button.

Expected: option to purchase realms plus.
Actual: broken link
On firefox, the link "wasn't understood".  On chrome, there's a dialog to "open xdg-open?" with a "open xdg-open" button, which does nothing.

This was allegedly fixed in
  REALMS-2876
but isn't.  Filing this new bug because I don't see means to reopen realms-2876.
