Villagers in my teleport room!

Hi there,

I created a teleportation hub using pressure plates going out to various parts of the map, with the command block pointing at '@p' but then a villager got in to the room.  He's now wandering back and forth in my room full of 15 teleport pressure plates and standing on them.

The villager can't teleport out, there's no doors for him to get out, and every time I teleport in or try and walk in to fix him/the problem, the little s**t stands on a plate and teleports me somewhere else before I can do anything.

Is there any way I can get those plates/command blocks deactivated without being in the location, or freeze everything so I can get in and sort it?
