Cannot upload world to realm

Hi,

 

I just activated my realm.

I can start the current world, I can also download the world in the realm but I cannot upload my new world to the realm.

• Export game seems to work.
• Initializing Uploads seems to work.
• Uploading World seems to work, 122,1MB, I don't see the progress bar filling, it jumps directly to 100%.
• After a few minutes the Uploading World screen jumps to Failure, An error occurred.

After every try I cannot enter the old realm or try again to upload the world for a few minutes.

It seems to be a server side problem.

 

Please fix this, I'm paying for an realm witch I (we) cannot use.

If it takes to long, please refund.
