Cannot upload to realm constantly says error occurred.

Cannot upload to realm constantly says an error occurred when I try to upload! I have tried with Xbox, pc and Android phone. The problem also occurs on my wife's realm and connection to the realm is also sporadic and been going on for over a week now!
