Realms Plus world replace bug.

Hello! Yesterday I activated a Realms Plus subscription. Everything went well until I decided to replace it with a set from the marketplace. After trying to replace realm, an error occurred, and the world was not replaced. After that, we can't go into realm, can't reset, can't replace, or close. Six hours have passed, the error is still the same.
