Error de pago

Hi I am an user from Minecraft and I paid for it and now I tried make a trial for realms and it says that I haven't got it paid even if i do it from Minecraft. My minecraft account was paid from another computer and I don't know if that is part of the problem but it shouldn't be because it is the same account.
