I can’t remove my realm world

I have a 122mb realm world that I use with several friends. The other day my sister suggested we switch our current world out for a subscription only map to try it out. I agreed, downloaded the current world and made the switch. Now, no matter what I do, I cannot replace this new world with the old one or any other world, for that matter.

I can’t download it, I can’t replace it (it will Export and then show a “failed to load: error” screen, I can’t even close the realm (“failed to close realm” screen). For a while I couldn’t even get on the realm, but after several tries I was able to. I’ve made sure it isn’t a network issue either.

I’ve tried to look up this issue on the help centre, but there were no comments on how to resolve it.
