Can't purchase a releam

When I go to purchase a releam and start my free trial, I click ok and then it says purchase in progress, this shouldn't take too long. But then it says sorry, unable to complete purchase. And I've tried internet connections etc. and it still dosent work, can you please fix this quickly?!
