Realms Issue

I recently bought a 3.99 two person realm account from you using a customized map & the realm doesn't load my map.

I have been having issues with this from day one in your trial as well & can't seem to load any custom maps I have made.

That is IF any map loads at all.

I bought it through Xbox One & would like to either know why, have my account checked to be sure it is solvable... or a refund seeing as it is not working.

This has been a problem for the last week, & I have tried every trouble shoot that's available online at this time. Please help if you can.
